Do Spiders
Have Ears?
Jane and Sam see a spider on the wall of the room as they
play. This delightful story depicts spiders in a different
light – more vulnerable – and explains how spiders
hear.

Spiders Have Ears? Synopsis written by Gabby the
Garden Spider.

How Do Spiders Build Webs?
Jane and Sam go in search of the spider and find her in her web. Gabby explains how and why spiders build webs.
Can Worms Laugh?
Jane and Sam are introduced to a worm and they ask questions.
The aim of this book is to explain about the different way
in which worms see and feel the world around them without
the five senses that the children have.
Do Bees Have Knees?
After a harmless comment about “being the bees knees”
Jane and Sam go in search of a bee and mistake its pollen
sacks for knees. The aim of this book is to highlight a bee’s
purpose in the natural world and also to extinguish the fear
that a lot of children have about them.
